Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Apsia website, the Apsia copilot, and any related software and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Apsia provides decision-support and orbital mission intelligence software. The Service is currently offered as an early-access and demonstration tool (the "Apsia copilot"). Features, availability, and behaviour may change as the Service evolves.

!
Critical safety disclaimer

The Service provides decision-support and informational outputs only. It is NOT a certified flight-safety, collision-avoidance, or regulatory-compliance system, and it must NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for operational spacecraft maneuver decisions.

You, as the operator, remain fully responsible for verifying any output against authoritative sources — including your own conjunction data providers, space agencies, and applicable regulators — before taking any operational action. Any decision and its consequences are yours.

2. "As is" — no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apsia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, missions, assets, or operational losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any reliance placed on its outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying methods or source of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that could endanger spaceflight safety, persons, or property.
  • Circumvent or exceed applicable usage limits, quotas, or rate limits.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export, sanctions, or space-activity regulations.

5. Intellectual property

Apsia owns and retains all rights to the platform, the engine, the software, and all related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of, or rights in, the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described here.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. By submitting data, you grant Apsia a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering your requested result, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Access and accounts

Access to certain features may require an account or approved access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your access. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

As an early-access product, the Service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; any changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Service, its users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
