Apsia provides analyses, forecasts and recommendations about the energy system of spacecraft, computed from data you provide and from physical models. It is decision support. It does not command spacecraft, and every recommendation is yours to accept, change or ignore.
You keep all rights to the data you upload and to the reports produced from it. You confirm that you are allowed to share that data with us. We process it only to provide the service, as described on the security and privacy pages, and never train models on it without your written consent.
Results depend on the quality of the data and on stated assumptions, and carry uncertainty ranges for that reason. You are responsible for operational decisions about your spacecraft. To the extent permitted by law, Apsia is not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the service, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or to €1,000 for free use.
Do not upload data you have no right to share, probe or overload the service, or resell access without an agreement. We may rate-limit or suspend access that harms the service or other customers, and we tell you when we do.
Keys are issued to an organisation and may be used by its staff. Keep them confidential; you can rotate or revoke them at any time and should do so if you suspect exposure.
The free analysis is provided as is, without availability commitments. Service levels for paid plans are in the signed agreement. We may change the service and these terms; material changes are announced to workspace customers by email 30 days in advance.
Spanish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Talavera de la Reina, Spain, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
